Cofiroute hires Chris Burke from SANDAG (PERSONNEL)

Development. Burke, now 38, was heavily involved in SANDAG's I-15 toll managed lanes implementation and operations and in managing the regulatory regime for regional tolling policy in California's southernmost metro area.
