Sam Ho deserves our thanks and recognition. He's a computer guy at Intel. He has no direct involvement in toll roads in his work. But he's interested in tollroads and road pricing and reads a lot. Sam is a tollroads enthusiast.

He lives close by the Massachusetts Turnpike.

The guy has amazing recall. He emails us regularly with comments and criticisms - some big, some small. He's almost always right. Just occasionally a correction he suggests is arguable one way or another.

Dammit, he's never - in our experience - completely wrong.
