NTTA doing competitive procurement of legal services
By Peter Samuel on April 20, 2012NTTA is doing an unusual public competitive procurement of legal services. First they are doing the RFQ, for one or more of up to seven categories of legal work, and those qualified go onto a Register of qualified firms. Rates and charges are not part of getting on the Register.
Then as specific legal jobs come up the toller will seek rates and prices from one or more law firms on the Register for that work.
The seven categories:
- Bond counsel/capital financing counsel
- General litigation
- Employment law and litigation
