AR/I-40 Little Rock-Memphis to be studied for toll feasibility

Arkansas Highway & Transportation Department is seeking consultants to do a toll feasibility study for upgrade of I-40 between 
Little Rock and Memphis. The department's governing commission formally approved the study this week, and the request for expressions of interest should be posted early April.
