Moody's have revised their outlook for NTTA from negative to stable and reaffirmed an A2 rating on $296m of recent refunding bonds. Standard and Poor's have given NTTA revenue bonds an A- rating and second tier revenue bonds a BBB+. They too have described NTTA's financial situation as stable.
