DRJTBC appoints Sean M Hill director of operations PERSONNEL
The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (DRJTBC) has appointed Sean M. Hill Deputy Executive Director of Operations. He replaces Frank J Tolotta who retired last fall after a long period at the bridge commission.
Hill, 52, comes from the Director of Operations position at the New Jersey Turnpike which he has held since 2008.
Joseph Resta chosen to be new chief executive of Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge PERSONNEL
Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission has selected Joseph J Resta as their new executive director. Resta, 52, comes from five years (2007 to 2012) managing a convention center expansion in Philadelphia, and was a deputy secretary in the state's Department of Government Services before that (2005 to 2007.) Earlier jobs were with Alta Management LLC in Philadelphia, a deputy director n the capital program office of the City of Philadelphia (1996 to 2000.)

2012-06-18: Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (DRJTBC) have received the federal OK for the rebuild of the Scudder Falls Bridge and modernization of the Interstate on both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey sides of the river. This is Commission's largest current capital project.

A single open road toll (ORT) lane on I-80 at the Delaware Water Gap bridge toll point is consistently carrying more traffic than five conventional toll lanes alongside, Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission reports.
