The upper Delaware River bridges between New Jersey and Pennsylvania are getting a $20.6m detection and surveillance system to protect them against attack and natural disasters like floods, and to improve response to incidents. The security system includes video surveillance, intelligent video, building access control and intrusion detection, a central control center, and communications systems for video, data, and voice transmissions.
