Wilbur Smith Associates, the 1,000 person employee-owned company brand that has been a world leader in traffic and revenue studies and toll consulting for six decades is being retired as a brand to reflect its integration with Cambridge MA-based CDM to become part of the brand CDM Smith. A merger of brands is announced today.
