Federal Signal after back-office company

Federal Signal which is acquiring a range of toll system specialist companies is said to be close to announcing acquisition of a back office outfit based in southern California. 'Back office' covers establishment and management of toll accounts, customer service operations, processing camera license plate images for video tolling, billing and collections.
