Argabright leaves S Bay Exwy for PB Balfour Beatty (PERSONNEL)

Teri Argabright, former operations director at the South Bay Expressway has joined Parson Brinckerhoff (PB) soon to be part of Balfour Beatty. She's an associate vice-president and will be a PB project manager for toll systems work on toll roads and toll lanes projects in the southwest.

Before she joined the toll Expressway - a Macquarie concession on the eastern fringes of the San Diego metro area - she was western region manager at PB Farradyne, since acquired by Telvent.

Argabright has a degree in mechanical engineering.
