Spitzer's standards - APOLOGY & RETRACTION

New York newspapers are running reports from law enforcement that former US District
Attorney and New York State Governor Eliot Spitzer, along with prominent campaign contributors, was a long standing and regular client of a second call girl ring called Wicked Models.
Wicked Models was run by Billie Davis described as a "busty bottle blonde," who managed a coterie of like well-endowed models-for-hire.
In an earlier report (http://www.tollroadsnews.com/node/3443) we berated Spitzer for degrading the standards of political scandal by consorting with an extremely plain little woman called Kristen. Totally out of class compared with the likes of great courtesans such as Christine Keeler, Gary Hart's "Monkey Business" companions, and JFK's ladies, we commented.
It is apparent we were mistaken. Gov Spitzer had a richer repertoire than the lackluster Kristen.
We regret the error, apologize to Gov Spitzer, and retract the unfair comment. It is now clear he was upholding the highest standards of political scandal.
