Traffic Technologies, Inc. is expanding and needs more talent in the exciting new methods of tolling. We are hiring! As a consultant with TTI you will be responsible for addressing an array of operational, technical and business issues involved in the planning and implementation of toll collection systems for our various customers.

These systems involve not only traditional toll collection systems but also systems that employ Electronic Toll Collection (ETC), Violation Enforcement Systems (VES), Automatic Vehicle Classification (AVC), Open Road Tolling (ORT), and the latest in All Electronic Tolling (AET).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing projects from inception, development of technical, business and operational requirements, development of procurement documents, review of vendor proposals, participation in contract negotiations, development and implementation oversight, testing oversight, documentation review and system assessments.

Candidates must possess:
    •    A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology Systems, Transportation, Business Administration, or related fields.
    •    Knowledge and understanding of toll facilities, systems, equipment, and operations, with demonstrated experience in planning, design, operations and/or implementation of in-lane electronic toll collection equipment and systems.
    •    Demonstrated experience with toll violations processing through video technologies and related revenue recovery, including familiarity with business and policy issues related to electronic payment systems.
    •    A minimum of three years experience in managing complex projects successfully, including establishing a concept of operations, business plan, project plan, and operating and maintenance program. Demonstrated experience in delivering complex projects within scope, schedule and financial constraints.
    •    Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
    •    High-level of proficiency in utilizing standard PC software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project and Visio.
