RFP for customer service & violations processing - DRJTBC (ADVERTISEMENT)


Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (DRJTBC) is looking for proposals from system integrators for an integrated customer service and violations processing center that will handle all toll transactions. Violations processing is being introduced to support removal of gates and introduction of open road tolling lanes.

Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission operates a bunch of toll bridges over the Delaware River between New Jersey and Pennsylvania from Trenton NJ 234km (139 miles) upriver. Its toll crossings include high volume interstates I-78 and I-80 as well as US1. The Commission is a bistate public toll authority.
