The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PA) which manages busy bistate toll crossings including the George Washington Bridge, the
Lincoln and Holland Tunnels and the Staten Island bridges is seeking an AET Program Manager. AET will involve 
an end to cash toll collection and its replacement by some combination of electronic tolling modes under which traffic will flow at normal speeds by toll points.
The person selected will be responsible for addressing the full array of operational, technical, business, financial and legal issues involved in planning and implementation of this new way of collecting tolls, plus ongoing operations and systems oversight after implementation. The AET Program Manager will have to manage PA staff and consultants to transition operations to AET anticipating the issues and planning to handle them.
