Kodo Ogata, veteran Japanese tollman is founding a Toll Road Research Center (TRRC) in Tokyo. He remains for the time being Senior Adviser to the board of Highway Toll Systems Co Ltd (HTS), the leading system designer and a major equipment design company for Japanese toll agencies. For the moment he is still contactable through HTS at tel 81 3 3667 8626 fax 81 3 3667 4475. The new center has the URL www.tollroad.org TRRC is translating a number of articles from TRnl into Japanese.
