In the report on Caltrans ET last issue we mentioned several toll plaza simulation programs that may be helpful in understading the implication of changes in configuration. We should have mentioned a highly regarded application from URS used in Florida devised and operated by Ayman Mohamed. He hasn’t asked for a mention but we’re told he deserves it.
