ENR (2/26/01 p11) in a piece called ‘Megaprojects on tap’ divide them into highways and transit. Under highways they include (our comment in parentheses): I-25 corridor Denver (light rail), Alameda Corridor Calif (freight rail), and Miami Intermodal (airport terminal, transit, and parking.) No highways there. And “on tap”? These guys must have beer on the mind.
