Michael Schneider exec VP of Parsons Brinckerhoff, president of PB Infrastructure Development Company, and chairman of California Transportation Ventures Inc is heading up PBConsult, a new subsidiary offering consulting services on development and management of infrastructure projects. PBConsult will have Richard Ravitch, the former head of New York’s MTA, the transit agency as its chairman, and will draw on PB’s various existing staff and outside firms for expertise in each consulting assignment it gains.
