CORRECTION: LBJ holes

Matt McGregor manager LBJ (I-635) rebuild says we got his tunnel construction numbers a bit low. LBJ tunnels, he writes are currently estimated to cost (1) Short version = 1.5mi EB + 1.9mi WB = $162m for construction costs, or (2) Longer version = 2.1mi EB + 2.1mi WB = 189m.

On that basis the short version is 32.6 lane-km (20.4 lane-mi) and costs $5m/lane-km ($8m/lane-mi) and the long version is 40.6 lane-km (25.2 lane-mi) or $4.7m/lane-km ($7.5m/lane-mi).
