outhern California’s lagging San Joaquin Hills toll road is lagging a bit less following increases of a quarter and 50c at its ramp plazas that went into effect July 10. Transactions are down 3% and revenue is up 7%, they say. “It’s doing what it is supposed to do,” said a TCA official.
