Nyack county residents complain that theyre getting too many Jersey-commuters. Tolling the Suffern-spur is more politically palatable for New York. But the Thruway will have to study how far the toll would divert traffic to the Garden State and Pallisades parkways, other motorway standard alternatives, or to arterials like NJ-503.
