We have frequently said that “alternative transport” (transit, bicycles, walking etc), while it may be an alternative for some white collar trips to and from the office, doesn’t offer much for the guys who take tools to the job, like tradesmen.

Wrong again. Sorry guys.

Trendy Boulder CO gave their “Commuter of the Year” award to Connie Mansour, a lady tradesperson who rides a bicycle that pulls a trailer that carries a bunch of tools and even has perched atop it a 14 foot ladder with a rag flag on the end!
