We reported that Parsons Transp Group was one of four bidders for the Puerto Rico ET system. In fact PTG is part of a team led by Ascom Transport Systems, based in Norcross, GA. Interesting issue: if TransCore and Amtech submitted competing bids, do they have to withdraw and resubmit a joint bid, now they are merging?
