Economical modelers wanted

The federal value pricing program is in urgent need of some modelers who will work at less than the hourly rate quoted by Wilbur Smith, Vollmer and other big guys in the business. Not because the feds are trying to take work from these top guys but because their rates preclude several state DOTs from employing them, because the state DOTs control the contracting and so no price modeling at all is being done.
