Philly Bridges a TransCore Laggard not Lockheed

We credited (TRnl#45 Jan 00 p3) Lockheed Martin with being the prime in the toll upgrade at the four major Philadelphia area bridges operated by the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) and implicitly debited them for the time taken. Lockheed did the customer service operations and back office systems, but TransCore did the in-lane work. And the TransCore part of the job ran way over the original timetable. DRPA say that although the toll system modernization took longer than expected, they are pleased with the outcome.
