The Transportation Corridors Agencies have moved out of an office park into new digs alongside the end of the heel of the plan of the high heeled leg shape of the Eastern toll road, and just off the I-5 (125 Pacifica St, Irvine CA 92618 tel 949 754 3400). Latest traffic numbers for Nov 99 look strong: San Joaquin Hills 71k tolls/day, Foothill & Eastern 129k tolls/day.
