Ellis and Schneider Honored

Jerry Ellis partnerships director at Washington state DOT and Michael Schneider senior VP at Parsons Brinckerhoff Infrastructure each got ARTBA Public-Private Ventures ‘Outstanding Achievements” awards at this year’s ARTBA PPV conference. Each was credited with tenacity in pushing on with a poject in the face of adversity – Ellis for her long work and eventual success in getting the Tacoma Narrows bridge project launched, and Schneider for the CA-125/South toll road in San Diego. He’s chairman of Califnrnia Transp Ventures in which PBI is the lead, along with Egis and Koch.
