PB’s New Director of Tolling

Phil Leshinsky is Parsons Brinckerhoff’s new Director of Toll Facilities at its New York head office. He takes the job left by Larry Yermack when Yermack moved to head up PB Farradyne the ITS subsidiary in Rockville MD. Leshinsky like Yermack gained most of his toll experience at America’s largest grossing tollster, the Triborough Bridges and Tunnels Authority (or MTA Bridges and Tunnels) in New York City. He has been with PB for about two years.
