TransCore sale

We keep hearing that TransCore is for sale and even that it is sold. A leveraged buyout involving the Blackstone Group in New York. We can’t get any official confirmation of it but the story is all over the place. No announcement. Of course there doesn’t really have to be any official announcement. SAIC which owns TransCore is private and the new company might be too.

TransCore was formed by the merger of Syntonic and JHK, and is a leading system integrator and tolling contractor. Russell Lewis the principal is reportedly staying with SAIC.
