Puerto Rico the US-associated territory in the Caribbean is converting to electronic tolling. It has an Amtech system on one bridge but the state toll system - which does half a million tolls a day - is looking for an teritory-wide interoperable system for all 220 toll lanes in the island. Requests for proposals expected soon.
