Berry says that he has much more hands-on experience operating toll systems than some of those with whom he clashed. He was director of toll operations for the Florida Department of Transp (FDOT) for eight years where he directed daily toll collection operations for the Florida Turnpike, the Hillsborough County, Orlando/Orange County, Jacksonville, and Dade County Exwy systems. Berry’s title at MFS/TS is Senior VP for Operations.
