CORRECTION JOHN FITZGERALD not JFK

The old elevated 6-laner that carries the I-93 around the east side of the Boston CBD that is to be replaced by the underground Central Artery is named the John Fitzgerald Expressway not the JFK as we mistakenly wrote last issue (TR#12 Feb 96 p5). John Fitzgerald was Pres. JFK's grandfather and was Mayor of Boston early in the century. His political career was cut short after revelations of a relationship he had with a lovely young woman known as Tootles. Now Central Artery/Tunnel is a ghastly bureaucrats' name which should be buried in the muck of Boston Harbor. Obviously it will be Tootles Tunnel.
